Phonelinx somehow got hold of my bank account & charged me 54.95 by calling the number found on my bank statement was able to reach a male individual who said my credit would be taken care of as we spoke. That was in Sept. To date i have not received the refund nor have i been able to speak with anyone in the company. I have there main phone # of 703-749-9745 i also have 1-877-777-3515 & the phone # from the internet 1-888-798-5200.
Now every time i try to call i either get a buzy signal or please hold for customer representive & it sounds like i have been disconnected. I hope someone is looking into this matter because i am currently on a fixed income & desperately need the funds back asap...
