We paid $694.00 for what they called a "full service program" and 10 portraits. We got 3 portraits.
When I called to book the fourth portrait sitting the photographer's phone was no longer in service. Within an hour I discovered that not only the photographer was out of business, but Kids.com was also gone.
I made a police report and investigated small claims court, only to learn that a physical address was necessary to serve papers.
Imagine my surprise to recieve a solicitation identical to the one from Kids.com from an office in Cranford calling themselves ElensKids.com.
