Terrible service, drivers not qualified to DOT standards

We provided an LTL refrigerated load from Salt Lake City, Utah to Los Angeles. This carrier took 3 days to get the information correct, delayed pick up for 2 days with poor excuses. Once product, which is highly perishable, was loaded in Salt Lake City, driver lied on status, eta, was pulled over by Utah State Highway Patrol in Utah, put out of service due to log book did not match fuel ticket and so forth.

Driver was to be at our delivery point at 5AM today April 25 and as of 09:35 no where to be found. We have missed our air export lockouts at LAX airport and this product is the property of the U.S. Air Force. We want to file a stolen property report asap and I want this carrier investigated for fraud. Their dispatchers, their office, sent us a letter of apology yesterday but now will not answer phones.

I am quite certain an investigation by the D.O.T., Highway Patrol and NMFTA would find some very interesting issues with this company.
