I have a case which is mirrored in your online complaints. I, too, promptly ordered two pair of slippers for a total of $16.90 after reading the ad in the Parade Magazine. My check was cashed on 9-23-02 and it is now 11-10-02.
I kept thinking they would come and might be on back order, however, I never got such a notice as reputable companies usually send. My husband has been saying that I got ripped off, and I didn't believe him. I just now went online to get a phone number for them and realize it is unattainable. At least now I'll tell my husband I did get ripped off and quit looking for my slippers that may never come!
