When I first became a customer to hollywoodauditions.com one of the first thing one of their representatives told me was that they would be able to get me numerous auditions and paid jobs. Also that after I had gotten atleast three jobs they would take the time to find me a talent agent. They did not fulfill any of the above mention.
My representative told me that there were various auditions in my area, and that by being a customer, not only would I be able to audition for the ones in my area, but even through California as well. For over a month, I would call my representative, and even email her for audition notices, and other information. She would seldom call, or email me back and when she did it would not be the information I requested.instead it would be repetive questions, and by that I mean sometimes she would email the same questions to me not even pertaining to the question I asked in the first place. I would have to keep emailing and when I finally got my first audition notice it was completely nothing within a 75 mile range.
I didn't get my first audition notice until after 3 weeks of being with them, and my representative didn't even take the time to email my profile or explain to me how to submit for an audition. I called customer service and they pratically refused to give me a refund and was very rude. They said that they would upgrade me to a "better" representative, but it was the same service. She wasn't any more helpful than the previous representative. I did not want this and I just want my money back.
I didn't recieve any notices from them and they are hard to reach! It is very poor service! I didn't recieve anything from hollywood auditions and they take forever to reach you and they didn't even solve my issues. Being young, I do feel taken advantage of and I didn't see any reason why I could not just get a refund.
