Claimed i won there lottery and to send 3000 dollars by western union directly to tax agent

I received a white envelope in the mail. It was from global securities and trust and stated that they made several attempts to contact me. The amount i won was $4875.00 and send $3000.00 back to them for taxes by western union or money gram. I have 10 business days to contact john davis (claims disbursement agent} at 1-416-879-8218 between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm and not to cash the check until after i call. The claim number is jac-0011. The letter also stated that the purpose of the 1st check was to make payment of applicable government taxes on the big winnings. The check no is 579984 and the bank is global securities and trust 220 east 42nd street new york, ny10017 and the other bank name is the chase mahattan babk n.A. Syracuse new york. I will help in any way possible to stop things like this.
