In January of I ordered 3 pairs of pajamas from Amerimark online using my Check card. I received the order and was charged appropriately.
Thereafter I started seeing charges on my statement of 3.99,29.99,29.99 and 39.99, in increasing amounts. At first, it didn't occur to me that anything was wrong since I knew I had ordered from them until finally in March, I knew it had to have been too long ago and I had seen a charge from them on my last statement.
I contacted the company and frankly, was not very friendly. The man informed me that I had agreed to sign up for the "Passport to Health Program." I told him that was interesting since I had no idea what that was and I had never physically spoken to anyone from Amerimark, that I had done all of my ordering online.
They agreed to credit my account 97.64, but to this point I have not seen any such credit. I have contacted my bank's fraud and dispute number and have blocked my card. BEWARE! DO NOT order from these people or give them any access to your banking information. Scammers
