Phishing and fraudulent charges, takes advantage of senior citizens

My 81 year old mother ordered a bra from Ameri-mark a couple of weeks ago. It arrived, and along with it, a letter saying thank you for your order, and btw, we've enrolled you in a "Passport to Health" program, and will be deducting a monthly charge of $29.99. She did not sign up for such a program. We called and spoke with an employee of the company, and informed them that we did not want the "Passport to Health" and that they should not charge her card.

Since that time, our phone has rung daily, with a representitive of their company wanting to know if she is happy with her order, and telling her she's going to get her "Passport to Health" packet in the mail. Repeatedly we have informed them we do not want the "Passport to Health" and for them to stop calling our number. We've called numerous times and spoken to various people, telling them to stop calling here, and the still keep right on calling. I've sent them several emails, to no avail. I'm at the point now I am thinking of changing my number, and have already changed the bank information to thwart any future billing attempts.

This company is scamming seniors.
