Milagro Del Carpio is accused of embezzling $400,000 worth of Potential Adoptive Parents money. Money she was given by Main Street Adoption Services in Lancaster PA to facilitate adoptions in Guatemala. Milagro, aka Marcia Del Carpio extorted money from PAPs as well as Main Street. Main Street claims they did not know that Milagro was not paying the attorneys in Guatemala to finish the adoptions of over 30 families. The handlers were not paid, the bio mother's were to be paid and not paid, the runners were not paid and she has skipped out on several hotel bills in Guatemala City.
Beware, she is trying to offer her own Columbian adoption services, she is a master manipulator and liar and thief. The authorities have been contacted and we hope to see her behind bars were she belongs.
