Lowes expanded safety strategy "support" may be the toughest service I've actually obtained. Up to now, to correct an easy water accessory fix for Our Fridge, they've delivered 2 various support businesses who've mounted 2 various components but still attempting to repair it. It's today six months, and Lowes customer support people set up visit for that fix and did not appear. It just happened in my experience twice so when I named them, Easy solution is "Sorry".
Moreover the 3rd party support businesses these folks select are inexperience and have no idea the ABCDis of the issue. All-they attempt to repair the problem with path and mistake method. I am getting the poor encounter humor Lowes customer support people.
