This company moved me across country.in the process, destroyed or damaged any item that was not protected in a box. This mover also "lost" items and delivered other people's items to my location.
I filed the claim, went through the process required, sent digital pictures, and my claim was denied based on pre-prepared lame excuses listed in a form letter. I filed a complaint with the local BBB, but that went no where.
I strongly recommend using another moving company, and avoid Herlihy, Mayflower or it's parent company United. You be glad you did.
