My story shows the same M.O. As the other people who reported on this site. I placed the order on January 1, and they debited my account on January 16. Today is April 3, and I have never gotten any product.
I called them in February and amazingly, actually got someone on the phone. She said that the product had just shipped two days prior. But when I later checked the tracking number she gave me, it proved to be a lie, nothing had ever been sent. Since then I have called and left messages, sent emails, left messages on their MySpace page, and reported this to the Better Business Bureau, but no response.
Their MySpace page brags about how the company is busy, busy, busy. Judging from the number of complaints on this site and their poor rating with the BBB, it is obvious this negligence is intentional and there is no way to tell how many people they are bilking out of their money. Please do not fall prey to this scam.
