My wife found something at Eros Boutique online, so I ordered it on a Saturday morning at 9:00 cst. They immediately debited my account and took the money. I received a confirmation from them around noon saying, "Orders are processed until 1:00 and shipped next day." Further, their website says, "Order Processing Time includes time to process and pack your order. UNLIKE MOST COMPANIES EROS BOUTIQUE PROCESSES, PACKS & SHIPS 7 DAYS A WEEK to ensure your package gets to you as quickly as it can. Orders are processed, packaged & shipped from 10am to 10pm EST Monday -Sunday."
Today is Wednesday and I've heard nothing from this company. I've sent emails to various email addresses I've found on the site and had no response. I left multiple voice mails and have had no call back. I've done a considerable amount of research on Eros Boutique since this began and have discovered, 1.) That this is common practice for this company; 2.) They have an unsatisfactory rating with the Boston BBB. I have filed a formal complaint with the AG of Massachusetts citing consumer and mail fraud.
Do not order anything from this company unless you're just looking to throw some money down the toilet!
