This is what I believe to be true based on my experience working for ABS. I worked for ABS, an answering service, back in the early 90's. I can honestly tell you these owners are crooked and dishonest. They would falsify reports to make the client believe that the call was handled quickly. Owner Patience's real name is Barbara. They use fake names because Barbara is running from creditors. If a call took 5 minutes to relay to the client, operators, or Barbara, would falsify the times to make it look like only 2 minutes. I have a letter from a credit agency addressed to ABS seeking payment from Barbara for a court ordered judgement against her, and Hoover, who also used the name Harold, wrote a letter stating that Barbara was no longer an employee with the company when the truth is owner Patience is Barbara.
