A few years back I hired the law firm of Ainsworth, Sullivan, Tracy, Knauf, Warner & Ruslander, P.C. I was greeted by David Green, A young kid who looked like he was right out of law school. I was scared but since the law firm had such a good reputation and only hired the best, I said ok. I found out that my first instincts were correct. I told David I only have so much money and he said fine.
At first he was very outgoing and I felt he really was trying to help me. Then the day came, where he asked me for more money and I said I do not have it, everything changed. He became short with me and his attitude went from, we are going to win this, to you should take this plea agreement!!! This guy was playing with my life and he did not care. I asked him why all of a sudden he went from being so gun ho, to take the plea? He said I do not have time for this, I have e a family to support I felt like Shi*, Why a firm like Ainsworth and Sullivan would hire a guy like this, is insane.
After a week of arguments and yelling back and forth, I took the plea and went to jail for 1 year. I just got out and I want the world to know about this so called lawyer, David Green. I was at a night club a last weekend and I ran in to a few friends of David Green, I was amazed, because I heard people talking about a guy named David and he was a lawyer. I Listened to them laughing about him and saying things like Thank God I have money to afford Dave, if not I will be like all the rest in Jail. I turned and asked these guys Are you talking about David Green from Ainsworth and Sullivan? They Said YES. This guy is a crook and only cares about the $. I spent 1 year in jail and if I had money I would have spent no time in jail.
A lawyer takes an oath and I know what this man does is wrong. I want everyone to know before you hire a lawyer make sure it is not David Green!!! If you have money or not it should not make a difference to weather you spend time in jail or not, the crime you commit should!
Ainsworth and Sullivan please look into this guy, look at his record, I know what kind of guy this is and I want him disbarred, he will ruin your reputation and I know a lot more people who live in the Capital Region like me, have done time or lost cases with David Green. The sad thing is, the time I spent in jail is not because of my crime but it is because of the money I do not have, right Dave!!!
