We downloaded the offer from stamps.com, thinking that this was an easy way to buy stamps by internet. (How stupid can someone be) This never worked, so we never used it, now to our surprise they are charging us 3 times (monthly) in a row $15.99 for offering really nothing!!!
Try to contact them via their site, but there is no customerservice or contactaddress at all.
So now my question is what can we do???
To make the problem more complicated is, that we're now back in Holland, so it is impossible to reach them from here by phone, due to that 888 in the beginning.
Have to say we did not react as from the first time, which is definitely not very keen, as to say.
At least we do hope anybody can do something for us, cause this is "lost"money and we rather spend this money for a better cause.
