Ripoff on phone bill. Charging 12.95 mo. For sevices i know nothing about

I have never heard of this company before and they are charging me 12.95 mo. For these services for 800# vm. I never ordered. I dont ususlly look at my bill because i pay online but THANK GOODNESS i did this time because i dont know how long they have been charging me.
