This is a scam at worst or grossly negligent at best. I deposited money into their escrow account as security when I hired an assistant from their website. I thought that this would protect me against a fraudulent assistant. It turned out that both the assistant and DoMyStuff.com is fraudulent. The assistant didn't bother to complete the task. I didn't think that that would be a big deal since I had used the escrow service. But unfortunately, customer service at domystuff.com is non-existent. They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. This is basically a website that just accepts money but does not have a system to return funds. I would not recommend this service to anyone. From now on, I sticking to more legitimate outsourcing websites. They cost but at least they provide what they promise.
