Claimed to guaranteed sale of our timeshare by presenting it at conventions and on their website - www.ibd-marketing.com. When you go online to search the website it says the account is closed. I went to search the status of my timeshare but could not access the website. I called the number they had given me but it is out of service. They claimed to notify me by phone when an interested party was interested, but no one ever called.
