Mail Fraud asking for a 19.99 fee for a report saying I'm entitled to cash prize

I recieved a letter in the mail from this organization stating that I was the recipient of a cash prize totaling $1,250, 000.00 and needed to send them a check or money order in the amount of $19.99 for the office attendant reporting fee. There was no telephone number to respond to and the only name was J. Reitman.
