Orkin got very slick!!! Years ago they mandated monthly service for about 38 dolllars. Now they recieved customer complaints stating that they dont need monthly service. So their planwas and is in effect to charge the customer $80.00 for every two months of service!!!
What a joke are we actually that stupid (the public) to buy into that. Basically in the past you recieved 12 services for about $610.00 per year. Now with the new rip off system they can talk you into every other month service which is 6 services per year for the same amount of money!!! Boy do they save money in pesticide, gas, and paying their employees less!
Thats one reason why Orkin has such a high employee turn around. Plus they wiI mean is the hire H.S. Dropouts with clean backrounds. Oh one more rotton thin orkin does. If your not home on your service day they m, ake your tech. Spray around the outside of your home even if its raining and their is 2 feet of snow on the ground!!! Is that good service or a waste of time. Orkin please dont even try to rebut this because when I worked there the branch manager eanted no allowances so they can make their bonus!!! Yes they will do anything for their bonus!!! Except forge tickets.
I have been forced to do outside services in the middle of January at 15 degres and orkin cannot deny that if the do they are lyeing!!! On the flip side their productd do work if udsed properly but you do not!!! Need a whole year contract to get rid of any bugs!!! No matter what some fast talking salesman or manager might say!!!
