My Phone is Ntelos In Advance. It is a pay in advance service offering a range of daytime minutes and unlimited nights and weekends. The reason this report is being written is due to the fact that the rep. At ntelos took my monthly payment and added it to add on/data min.instead of my monthly payment.
I questioned the rep repeatedly about where the payment was directed and she assured me that is was tward the monthly bill and not data. Not only did the rep process this payment there was another rep/lead who was overlooking the representative during the process who seemed to be checking the incompetant rep.
When my phone was cut off on the 2nd i questioned the company and they told me "I" added it to data and not my monthly payment! Who gives 43 dollars even to get text messages and make phone calls at 25 cents a min? The company was not admitting there fault and at least 40.00 dollars went to contrabution because it literally disapeared from my statements online for add on minutes even! Which only covered less than 4 dollars.
As it stands I had to pay an additional 10 dollars 3/2 tward add on minutes in order to make calls and will have to make another 43 dollar payment today3/3 to get my monthly "allowances"of daytime min. That is a total of 110.00 dollars within a 3 weeks period. Basicly the company made a mistake and refuses to correct it but will accept more money.
