My wife & I endured literally every problem one could imagine with this company, they failed to port our phone number (The number we'd had for 20 years,) they repeatedly lied to us about all kinds of service problems we had, they hung up on us at least 20 times, with many, many different persons doing it, they use false names for their staff members, the phone quality was almost always terrible, they refused us over and over to refund our money, until I emailed them a copy of a letter I wrote the FCC, FTC, & FBI.
Then as my wife's mother lay dying, and her sister near death too (both at the same time.) Without giving us any warning, or refunding our money, they just shut our service off one day. I told them I was coming over with the police, & would even take the chairs they were sitting on unless they gave me my money back immediately, and WALLAH, they did.
I can also tell u that the number they gave us to use for 2 months, was shortly thereafter given to another person, who called us one day soon after & begged that we tell all our friends and family we didn't have the number anymore, and that he too was trying to get his money back, due to al I have heretofore said. U may also note they have an F - rating with the Better Business Bureau, of which they are not a member either.
