Charged for services I did not order. Customer service was not helpful, rather very rude on two accounts. I have filed with the bbb and the fcc

Charged via my phone bill for services I did not order. I contacted their customer service twice and was treated very rudely by both reps.

I will not be paying the charges, I was assured by my phone company that it would not effect my services with them.

I have filed with the bbb and the fcc. I encourage others to do the same.
