I have unfortunately signed on the dotted line as well with this company and unable to get out of the contract. With a cell phone you have a pre-payment that I have done in the past due to bad customer service and communcication. However; Firstline prepayment is unfortunately so expensive to get out that it isn't worth getting out of. I wish I knew this from the beginning or I wouldn't have signed up in the first place.
I have since removed the sign from the front of my house and if they come by to put up another one it will be removed as well. I will also verbally inform my neighbors of this contract crap and if they go belly up then hopefully we can claim our money back.
