Ripped off Refund being processed but none

This company used other companies to sell its product. If you bought something online and the company asked you if you would sign up for a long distance service (Globalinx), to get "free shipping", or some other service, you picked Globalinx. This company has heard from me 4 times now, and my refund was supposed to have been processed. Well, guess what, The company has now shut down thier phones and won't do anything to resolve this. If they were a "real" company, they would of refunded everyone that was billed by mistake, and made an apology. Anyone that might read this, please make an effort to contact NBC, ABC or CBS to get this company investigated on National Television. I hope that all of us that was ripped off by this company will get our justice by throwing the CEO or whomever into jail.
