I bought a polar calorie counter watch from quik fitness. When I got it they sent me the wrong watch. I contacted the company and was given the address to send it. The box came back to me. I was given the wrong address. I contacted them again by email and phone and was given a different address. I asked for the company to send me the exact watch that I ordered.
They sent me the watch. It had all the features. I wore it on two occasions in the gym. One of the features (heart rate monitor) stopped working. I immediately contacted and spoke to one of the managers, David. He told me to return the watch. I asked for a refund on the watch. The was returned. I emailed the company numerous times and spoke to David over the phone numerous times. He said I would get my refund. I never did. I left a message with the owner of the company and he never returned my money.
