On January 2, I purchased a table and two chairs for my office. They said two days. Fine. I paid them and left. Two days... Nothing. On January 1, I asked that they cancel the order, and credit the credit card. Nothing. On February 2, I asked again for a refund. This time the promised to credit the card. Never happened. On February 6, I tried to charge back the credit card transaction. Used a check card. What a hassle. Didn't do it. I asked again for the refund. This time they said it was due in February 12. Guess what? February 12, and nothing. Not even a telephone call. February 21, I asked for a refund and then the salesman emailed me a terms of sale, which clearly says I can get a refund except for 25% restocking charge, which is not fair. But they won't even do that. They have my money. They have not delivered a "stock" item. They will not talk to me. I wish I had never went into their store. What a joke. I also found the same items from a box store a lot cheaper. If your designer said your items are coming from Office Expo, I would think that the designer doesn't have a lot of experience, because there are better places to be ripped off, at least this is my opinion.
