It's been almost a year since I purchased a satellite system and Prime TV has not sent my $140 rebate. Twice I've been told the rebate would be sent out immediately. Customer service employees are as deceitful at marketing and management.
When I purchased the system through Prime TV the salesperson lied about the availability of certain channels through Direct TV. When I phoned to initialize the satellite service ater the installation was complete I was told there was nothing Direct TV could do about Prime TV's misrepresenation of available channels. Isn't America great? Where would we be without the option of lying.
