On December 28th, I ordered a pair of child's slippers. I received an order number, so I know the order went through. I also checked my bank account and the amount has been taking out. As of this writing (Feb. 19th) I have not received my item.
I have written to them numerous times to the helpdesk email address that they provide on their website. Have never received on reply. I've called them almost everyday since February 10th. I get a recording that says "we are unable to answer your call at this time. Please try again later."
All I want is a refund of the money they have taken from me.
