Paid net amount 314.00 to deutsche bank sociedad anonima espa nola barcelona aparrently but when I done bank transfer I thought it was to another bank but the same group and also in spain... Spain

I paid speedlicence.com 314.65 to get an hgv licence and sent [I understand they have other titles] i. D {a scan of photographic driver licence, a passport size pic and my signature}in hind sight I should have know that no company could operate promising non test licence{nor should they when you consider the carnage already on the roads}if you could call it an excuse then mines is it wasn't long after I failed my hgv/lgv and I had training so I wasn't going to go on the roads a complete novice and put other road users at risk.
