I purchased 2 DVDs. Only one came. They insist that they sent it and I received it. I keep explaining to these idiots on the phone that I got a package but only ONE of the TWO DVD's I ordered was in the package.
I had to go through a 10 day dispute period with
the mysterious "Corporate Office" who, or course, no body is able to communicate with.
Then after two months of waiting I was told they would not resend the item and I would not get a refund.
Shame on you NBC... Way to treat people who give you their hard earned money.
