This is former Options employee "cary" again. Okay, so here's where it gets down and dirty. The following 'leaders' of the company all have dirt on them:
Lou Pearlman - Chairman - see my 2nd posting - backstreet boys and nsync had to sue him because his record deals made him millions off their hard work. He basically makes himself the 6th member of their bands so when they make millions, he makes millions for doing nothing but sitting on his big butt.
Joe Gomez - VP I'm pretty sure he's the same guy that got in trouble at UF for drinking one time and ended up getting busted.
Dave Linn - this is classic. Here's a guy who everyone in the company knows is a huge party animal/druggie. Everyone knows it. He's one of those guys I was talking about groping girls at the clubs when we all went out. He goes to run our New York office and completely messes it up. Doesn't show up to work, etc. So they make him take a drug test and when it comes back positive (or so I heard from a friend of his girlfriends), he lies his way out of that and claims something else made it turn out positive. And these morons believe him. And he keeps his job. Talk about turning a blind eye.
Shannon Cassidy - another exec but rumor is she slept her way to the top. She is also supposed to have a nice drug habit that half the company jokes about.
The company has serious personnel issues. A fish rots from the head down, and with Lou "Mr. Boy Band" Pearlman at the helm, it's only a matter of time before this fish starts to stink big time.
