Ripoff Internet

I actually ordered from them via Amazon because they are an "Amazon Marketplace" seller. Their ad says "ship within 1-2 days and provide you with a tracking number". My e-mail from Amazon said "seller agrees to ship by 10/4." At the end of the day on 10/4 I e-mailed them asking where my tracking number is. I did get a short e-mail back saying that the order was in the warehouse or something.

Well 10 full days later no tracking number = no shipment = no item. I have e-mailed them a few more times and now no response. The phone number is a joke - probably not even a real number or some no charge porno hotline (busy 24/7). Now I wait 3 weeks without my money until Amazon will process my complaint.

I can't even formally dispute this with my credit card until I get a statement. It sucks knowing you have been RIPPED OFF while having to sit on your hands for weeks before you can do anything about it.

I accept part of the blame because I was stupid and assumed their 4.5/5 star rating with 200 reviewers was good enough. Then I went back to Amazon and actually read the reviews. I read stuff like "One month and no DVD", "Received nothing and does not respond to e-mails". I should have read this before. I guess he must have a lot of phoney amazon accounts giving him the high marks, because how can you provide "Excellent item and FAST service" to some customers and completely blow off others???

I don't even think these are mistakes because they do not answer their e-mails and their phone number is busy 100% of the time. That is why I think it is a bogus number. After seeing that others shared my same experience, I blame Amazon for allowing them to go on with their scam on their website.

It is companies like this that screw things up for dot coms. They are dishonest and take advantage of people. I would not be surprised if this was a joint venture between some ex-Worldcom and Enron execs. Heck, Martha Stewart is probably onboard as well. The address they list on their website is probably the back door of the Bada Bing Club. Since it is in California it is of no help to me. Why pay 37 cents to get ignored when you can use e-mail/phone!

Please avoid. Companies can make plenty of money with legitimite ventures... Why do people need to set up phoney "stores" like this for the sole purpose of screwing other people?
