I bought many DVD movies at Fry, but on 1-25, i bought one, the cover said one thing but the inside is different movie, I bought it back next day with receipt, asked to exchange same movie, the customer service manager (Nicole Jones) she said she can not do it, cause it openned, she also threatenned to call security to kick me out the store, well, if I can open it, how am i going to watch the movie? I contacted Fry main office, but to no avail, Fry is a nice place to shop, they have so many things, but if they treat their customers like trash, I rather go somewhere else.
