Worldpetstore Accepted order, accepted payment, provided nothing

I placed an order with worlpetstore.com on 10/10 in the amount of $238.55, by using their web site, and placing my order with a debit card.
The money was debited from my account on 10/24.
The items purchased were never provided, in any manner.
The company has not responded in any form.
I have made numerous attempts to contact them through email, phone 740-779-2738, and the '800' number.
The '800' number is no longer in service. The phone number 740-779-2738 is serviced by an answering device, or service.
I have notified my bank.
This company advertises its association with Yahoo. I would like to advise Yahoo.
