Ordered from dvd donkey money was debited from my account. I received an e-mail that the dvd was on back order. I did speak to a rep. One time to confirm my order since I have not been able to reach any one.
I received 3 e-mails that my dvd set was on back order, I have not heard from dvd donkey since the 3rd e-mail. The name donkey is what these people made of me. I am out over $100.00. I have never had this happen before. I would like justice.
