Wireless communications services ripoff, deceptive, overbill customers, do not refund when they say they will

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years now, their service stinks, they started overbilling every month cell bill, plan of 49.99 turns into 200 a month minimum! They do not credit accounts and expect me to pay 200 dollars to cancel service i am not getting! They have to be out of their minds!!!
I wish thy would go to hell and go out of buisness! Scam artists!!! You think bec. They are such a big company they are legit but they ARENT!!!
