No return call booked for wedding, has our money? Filled chapter 11, Short Hills, Princeton, Paramus, Montclair, Clifton, New York And Pennslyvania

Signed contract with my daughter for her wedding photo/video in July. On Jan. 8 heard rumors there were problems. Have called and emailed repeately with no response. Paid in full. OUT OF LUCK??? Looks like they are filing for Chapter 11
