I brought my 2-piece prom gown in their to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, the strapless top was attached to a paper-covered hanger with safety pins! Not only did it cause snags in the material, but it left little orange rust marks from the metal on the damp material. When I confronted the owner, he was unremorseful, unapologetic, and offered no discount or refund. Don't EVER do business with this botch-shop dry cleaners. They're ran out of a gas station.
