I ordered a Go Kart for a Christmas present for my son over the phone after viewing it online. I was told all products came with a 30 day repair/replace warranty. The Go Kart arrived damaged. The tires had been stacked on top of the seats so the seats have holes in them. The rear view mirror is broken. The Kart would not reverse and the reverse cable is broken/disconnected from the drive chain area. The battery strap is broken. I paid $150.00 extra for a residential delivery and the delivery truck was unable to deliver to the house. I called the company and they refused to replace or refund the Kart. They offered to send replacement parts at my expense for shipping but said I would have to pay for labor. This company has many complaints with complaint and the Better Business Bureau. They also asked me if the box was broken because "this usually doesn't happen". I can see from the number of complaints that it happens a lot. Don't do business with this company and file complaints with the Attorney Generals office as well. Maybe someone will care enough to actually do something.
