I paid 340.00 on December 11th for over night delivery for my sons Christmas present, a bike. It is now December 26th and they still have not delivered. I called and the people there are very rude and didn't care about there guarantee, they can't even find the bike.
They refuse a refund, refuse delivery... I had to file a police report as this is now considered stolen merchandise. Do not use this company! 16 days, lost my bike, refuse to do anything about it. Beware!
