This all stared at Web Wealth Strategies with Mr. Real Troumaine assessing me $99.00 for initiation fees. After which Iwas to receive by mail 120 post cards with peoples names already on cards that Iwas to pay postage for, and then mail off to get my marketing started. I was charged by creditcard $160.00 which I never received, however later it taken off my card.
Then Iwas told by Mr. Troumaine that I then needed to get in touch with a coach and for me to dial this number 1-800-590-9913. Needless to say this is where my nightmare started, having dialed the number Iwas put in touch with Mr. Sean Kelly. Having introuduced himself he then proceeded to ask wheather or not I had any major creditcards. My response, doesn't everyone.
Having gotten that settled go get the cards and give him the numbers on the cards and the companys issued. I mentioned thats not what Idon't make a habit of giving my card numbers out over the phone. He then assured me this is to only see how much charges were on each card because he had a program if I qualified for that he was about to get started that he guaranteed would not only net my fee assessed of $48,000.00 but would probably earn my initial investment back within six (6) months, and then would make me a profit of maybe as much as possibly another $40,000.00.
I then made mention that Icouldn't afford that amount. His response you've got those creditcards and Ican charge so much on three (3) of those cards that would cover that amount. Ithen stated being a Bricklayer, and with winter coming Ididn't feel comfortable with that amount of creditcard debt, he then reassured me that his company would assist with the premiumsbeing met until my cashflow from my investment starting coming. This was all discussed on (9/11/07).
Having two days prior having had surgery for a double hernia, umbilical and groin, and still taking pain pills leaving me a bit cloudy about the head, Imentioned giving me sometime to think into the matter, his response how do you want your name to appear on the checks. Furthermore he was pressed for time to get the blocks bought to get things rolling. He then had a courier from JB'S courier service at my front door within thirty (30) minutes with contract papers to sign. No sooner than the courier arrived, the phone rings and Mr. Kelly on the other end telling me to sign on this line on this page where its been highlighted.
I then mention to Mr. Kelly I would appreciate a little time to read what it is I'm signing. His response the courier is in a hurry, he's got to be in Belton Mo. Asap, and can't be waiting. Ithen go back to the door and tell the courier I would need time to kind of read the papers over, his answer is I'm pressed for time, Mr. Kelly assured me that it would only take ten (10) minutes for you to sign the papers. Ithen mention to the courier Mr. Kelly being on the phone and I'd be back. Picking back up the receiver
I then mention to Mr. Kelly, time would be needed to read into the contract. Don't worry about a thing, everything that we dicussed on the phone previously is what is spelled out in writing is basically what is written on the papers, and once I've signed all the forms, and initialled where highlighted a copy would be mailed back to me within 3-5 working days. Having asked over and over to this day I still have not received my copy of the contract for my $48,000.00 investment.
Now on (9/12/07) the very next day, having slept on the matter Iget back in touch with Mr. Kelly and tell him I'm beginning to get second thoughts about our business transaction the other day, and I think I would like to rescind our contract.
He then mentions to me that all contracts once signed are final, that the blocks are already bought and paid, and not to worry that everythings going to be just fine, not to worry, call whenever you have any questions, he'd be glad to answer.
I then got of the phone with him and called all three creditcard companys and asked them to stop payment, at which time they all said Mr. Kelly had retreived all funds the same day our transaction to place. Ithen made mention that I had so many days that I could have moneys refunded, there response, tthat I would have to take that up with Sean Kelly because they only did what they were given permission to do, and that my only course of action would be to talk with Incredible Advertising and see if they would credit my accounts, otherwise I'm responsible for getting them there moneys paid. As stated earlier I have been placed in there first program, and since late September have yet to todays present date have yet to receive my first commission check, nor my first contract sold.
Now as of this time I've now been placed in a new program that they say will get me so cash flow with over a hundred people I'm now in competion with who have not spent near the moneys I've been made to spend and we all have the same WebSite. The first (7) seven of us get so many people to come to this WebSite will receive so much moneys. Now you can see why Ibelieve a creditcard scam has been pulled, no ones making any money on my investment but Sean Kelly, andWeb Wealth and the creditcard companys at 18.75%.
