I am so angry and dissappointed that someone else could activate my account and when i spoke the representative they were very short with me, they told me that there was nothing i could do. They took money out of my checking account thats how i found out the card was activated. They also said nothing could or would be done! No refund on the 79.00 charge and also no merchandise in which i believe was a magazine would be delivered to me. So they activated the card long enough to collect funds and then cancelled my account without any further assisstance... Very unsatisfied customer!!! Would not reccomend them to anyone! I dont see how a company can run this way or get away with robbery cause thats what they did they robbed me and my family! Merry christmas to you too. Isnt there a law protecting people against this kind of thing happening???
