Why is Jenna still in business? There are handfulls of people who've reported her on here!!! She is so sweet on the phone, promising you product, claiming to have shipped it. The only thing I ever got was a note from USPS stated they received notice to pickup a package for delivery but it never got sent. Jenna claims it is USPS's fault. She also told me that many people don't get their packages but "they show up eventually". She really needs to be caught and put in jail.
