I have been geting billed for entrys I did not order but once. I cant get a phone number for them to cancel it. Why?

I reagan ordered this entry book once and have tried to cancle it several times. I can not find a number to call them at. All i get is a 11.75 taken out of my account twice a month for two and a half years.

I wish to cancel them but cant. I need help to stop the madness... How can i get a phone number.???
