Cant contact cant reach. Took my money and did nothing to help my debts

I have gone to hess kennedy for help with my debts. I consolidated my bills but it seems apparently i have just been scammed. Im trying to contact them but for some reason it seems the phone is always busy or is no longer in service. If anyone have any information please help contact me at. Thank you and hopefully this helps someone not make the same mistake.
