Ordered shoes from Brand X Huaraches on October 27. My card was charged on the 29th. I received a confirmation email, but that's all I ever received—no email with shipping info. I sent three emails a week apart inquiring about the ship date. All went unanswered. I left a message at the number listed on the web site. No response. I contacted my bank. Since I used my debit card—big mistake—I have to dispute the charge with Ronn Simpson. This is the person who will not contact me regarding this order. I don't hold much hope for a resolution, but I will file a complaint with the BBB.
What's really sad is that the shoes themselves are outstanding. My old pair (ordered from another merchant) finally gave out—not from wear—my dog chewed them up! I just want new ones!
