I was a VOnage customer, got the equipment on 0ct 2007 and since then have had problems connecting, even the number transfer was delayed. To my knowledge it never went thru. When I spoke to someone they could hardly hear me. The connection was so TERRIBLE I was using my cell phone only to get thru to my home, work or family members.
If I would of investigated a little more about Vonage, I swear, I would not have gotten involved. Now they ask more money to just returned the devise that never worked. I went back to my old telephone company with more headaches and prolblems / I hear stories of others who had the same problem and in question, did they get their money back?
I dont advise others to get Vonage. The commercial is calling, but it really doesnt stand to what it says unless you want the "run a round" Now it is at te end of Nov and pending to see if I will get a second run around to get my money back.
