A At&t employee's told me that they had fixed my bill problem and now they are charging me double and I dont understand what is going on. My conversation was recorded and their employee's too when they said they had fixed the problem because they were charging me 770.00 dollars for dial up and I called them and they said they had fixed it I only owed them 100.00 dollars and I paid it, Now I owed them over a thousand dollars How can I own them 1,200.00 hundred dollers for Dial up on a month.
Can anyone help me out what can I do
